Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 17, 2026

Vibe & Vision Productions (“VVP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an event entertainment company based in Austin, Texas. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit vvproductionsatx.com and its related pages (the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It also covers information you give us when you fill out an inquiry form, book a call, or contact us about an event.

If you have questions about this policy, email us at VVProductionsATX@gmail.com or call (512) 522-1798.

1. Information you give us

When you request a quote, check a date, schedule a call, or contact us, we ask for information such as:

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Event details: date, venue, event type, guest count, budget range and the services you’re interested in
  • Anything else you choose to tell us in a message or on a call

Our inquiry forms and scheduling pages are hosted by our customer relationship management (CRM) provider, HighLevel (LeadConnector), and information you submit is stored in that system. Signed contracts and invoices are handled through our contracting software, DJ Event Planner, once you decide to book.

2. Information collected automatically

When you browse the Site, we and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your device and how you use the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring site, and the date and time of your visit. The tools we use are:

  • Google Analytics (via Site Kit by Google) to understand how visitors use the Site.
  • Meta Pixel to measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram advertising and to show ads to people who have visited the Site.
  • Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from spam. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Google Fonts, which loads typefaces from Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google in the process.
  • HighLevel (LeadConnector) tracking, forms and calendar embeds, and the embedded review widget that displays our Google Business Profile reviews.

Cookies that are strictly necessary for the Site to work are always on. Analytics and advertising technologies are on by default for U.S. visitors, as allowed under U.S. and Texas law, and you can opt out at any time: use the cookie banner, the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer, or the Opt-out preferences page. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry, check availability and send you a quote
  • To plan, contract and deliver the services you book
  • To send you follow-up messages about your inquiry or event, by email, phone or text
  • To improve the Site and our marketing, and to measure how our advertising performs
  • To protect the Site from abuse and to comply with the law

4. Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, you agree that we may call or text you about your inquiry, quote or event. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM and scheduling provider (HighLevel), contracting and invoicing software (DJ Event Planner), email and calendar providers (Google Workspace), payment processors, and the analytics and advertising services listed above. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us.
  • Our team and partner vendors who work your event, such as the DJ, photo booth attendant or live musicians assigned to you, to the extent needed to deliver the event.
  • Authorities or other parties when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of VVP, our clients or others.
  • A successor if VVP is sold, merged or reorganized.

6. Event photos and video

We sometimes photograph or record our events and use that content on the Site and on social media. Whether and how we may use images from your event is covered in your service agreement with us, not by this policy. If you appear in a photo or video on the Site and would like it removed, email us and we will take care of it.

7. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and client records for as long as we need them to serve you, run the business and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Analytics data is retained according to each provider’s settings.

8. Your choices and rights

  • Cookies and targeted advertising: opt out of analytics and advertising cookies in the banner, from the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer, or on the Opt-out preferences page.
  • Marketing messages: unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in the message, or reply STOP to texts.
  • Meta ads: adjust your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
  • Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Access, correction and deletion: you can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for targeted advertising. Email VVProductionsATX@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days. Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act; we honor them for everyone.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and our providers do the same. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Site is intended for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and we do not direct the Site to children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

11. Links to other sites

The Site links to third-party sites and services, including Google, Instagram, Facebook and our scheduling pages. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on the Site.
