Terms of Use

Effective date: September 17, 2026

Welcome to vvproductionsatx.com (the “Site”), operated by Vibe & Vision Productions (“VVP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an event entertainment company based in Austin, Texas. By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

These terms cover your use of the website only. When you book VVP for an event, the services, pricing, deposit, cancellation and everything else about the engagement are governed by the written service agreement you sign with us. If these terms and a signed service agreement ever conflict, the service agreement wins.

1. Using the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our services, request a quote, check availability and schedule a call. You agree not to misuse the Site: no scraping, no attempts to break into or overload it, no submitting false inquiries or someone else’s information, and no using it for anything unlawful. We may block access to anyone who breaks these rules.

2. Quotes, pricing and availability

Prices shown on the Site are starting rates for typical events and are provided for planning purposes. Your actual quote depends on your date, venue, hours, travel and the services you choose, and may differ from what is shown. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer. A booking is confirmed only when a service agreement is signed and the deposit is paid. We may change the services and prices on the Site at any time.

3. Inquiries and communications

When you submit a form, schedule a call or contact us, you agree that we may reach you by email, phone or text about your inquiry. Text message terms and how we handle your information are described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

4. Our content

The Site and everything on it, including text, photos, video, logos, the Vibe & Vision Productions and DJ A-Wall names and marks, package names, and the design of the Site, belong to VVP or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from our content without our written permission. Client names, venue names and other third-party marks that appear on the Site belong to their owners.

5. Reviews and third-party content

The Site displays reviews pulled from our Google Business Profile. Those reviews are written by the people who left them and reflect their opinions, not statements by VVP. The Site also embeds services from third parties, such as forms, scheduling, maps and social media. Their content and terms are their own, and we are not responsible for them.

6. Photos and likeness

Photos and videos on the Site come from events we produced and are used with permission under our client agreements. If you appear in an image on the Site and want it removed, email us and we will remove it.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components, or that information on it is complete or current. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, about the Site.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, VVP and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, business or profits, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100. This section does not limit any liability under a signed service agreement, which has its own terms.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold VVP harmless from claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms.

10. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email VVProductionsATX@gmail.com with “Copyright notice” in the subject line and include: a description of the work, where the material is on the Site, your contact information, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing anything, please email us; most issues can be sorted out with a conversation.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and VVP about the Site.
