Corporate AV & Presentation Support in Austin, TX
75-inch, 65-inch and 55-inch displays on sleek truss stands, multiple screens across multiple rooms, and a media table with a VVP tech clicking through your deck so you can focus on the room. Add it to your DJ package or book it on its own.
No rolling carts, no wobbly tripods, no "can everyone in the back see this?" Every display goes up on a clean black truss stand at eye level, with speakers and mics matched to the space.
The big one. Sharp enough for a full ballroom, bright enough for rooms with windows. Built for keynotes, awards reveals and any moment where the whole room needs to see the same thing at the same time.
The right size for luncheons, breakout rooms and 50 to 150 guests. Runs slides, sponsor loops, video or a live feed, and sets up in minutes without taking over your floor plan.
Perfect as a second or third screen so nobody has a bad seat. Use them for agendas, welcome graphics, social walls, or to mirror the main screen in a lobby, patio or overflow room.
Main room, cocktail hour, registration, patio. We place screens wherever your guests are and keep the content in sync, so the message lands in every corner of the venue.
Column speakers, wireless handheld and lav mics, and a PA sized to the room. Your presenters sound like they're standing at every table, and we handle every cable.
For watch parties, town halls and rooms too big for a single TV. Pair it with our sound and lighting and the room turns into a theater.
The Media Table
Every AV booking comes with a dedicated VVP tech at a media table near the action. They load every file before doors open, advance the slides on your cue, cue the videos, and fix the "it worked on my laptop" moments before anyone notices.
Guest count, venue, agenda and what's on screen. We'll recommend the screen sizes and how many you actually need. No upselling.
Slides, videos, logos and walk-up music go to your VVP tech ahead of time. We test everything on our gear, not yours.
Screens, sound and the media table are up, tested and cable-managed before your first guest walks in.
Your tech follows the run-of-show, your presenters get a clicker, and you get to enjoy your own event.
Every package includes delivery, setup, breakdown, cable management and a VVP tech on site. Stack any of them with DJ, MC, lighting or photo booth services and we bundle the pricing.
Pricing depends on screen count, venue and hours. Send us the details and you'll have an exact quote within 24 hours. Already booking a VVP DJ? Ask about bundled AV pricing.
A good rule: a 55-inch display works for up to about 50 guests, a 65-inch for 50 to 150, and a 75-inch for larger rooms or anything with a lot of text on screen. Long, narrow rooms usually do better with two smaller screens than one big one. Tell us the venue and guest count and we'll recommend the right mix.
Yes. Multi-location setups are one of our most requested builds: a main screen for the program, plus displays in the cocktail area, registration, patio or overflow room. Screens can mirror the main feed or run their own content, like a sponsor loop or welcome graphic.
A VVP tech does, from the media table. They load and test every file in advance, advance slides on cue, play videos, manage mics and audio levels, and handle any last-minute changes. Presenters who prefer to drive get a wireless clicker.
PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, PDF and standard video files (MP4 is ideal). Send everything at least 48 hours ahead so we can test it on our playback system. If a presenter needs to use their own laptop, we can connect it too.
Our displays are much brighter than a projector, so they hold up well in venues with big windows and in covered outdoor spaces. For direct sun or very large outdoor crowds, tell us early and we'll plan placement, shade or the right screen size.
That's the sweet spot. One vendor, one load-in, one point of contact for the program and the party. Bundling AV with DJ, MC, lighting, cold sparks or a photo booth is also the best way to get better pricing across the board.
Each truss-mounted screen needs roughly a 4-by-4-foot footprint and one standard outlet nearby. The media table takes about a 6-foot table's worth of space, ideally with sight lines to the presenter and the main screen. We coordinate all of this with your venue ahead of time.
Send us the date, venue and guest count. You'll have a screen plan and an exact quote within 24 hours.
