Amy Bay

Amy grew up in Harker Heights, Texas, and credits her grandmother for her love of events and Southern hospitality. She studied Family and Consumer Science at Sam Houston State, worked in catering, rentals and floral, then joined Eclipse as an intern in 2018 and worked her way up to Senior Planner. She's a Certified Wedding and Event Planner with an eye for the little details and a knack for taking stress off a couple. Off the clock, she's in her craft room making handmade cards.

We've worked Villa Antonia together, and Bentwood is next.

Stella Stone

Stella was born and raised in Pflugerville, Texas. A lifelong love of fashion and furniture design means color, texture and shape are her thing. Family and friends come first for her, and she cares about real connection with the people she works with.

Stella ran our wedding at Horseshoe Bay Resort.

Haley Richter

Haley grew up outside Houston and earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees at Texas A&M. She taught high school before joining Eclipse in 2022. Her specialty is calm: she takes care of the small details so the couple and their families can simply be at the wedding.

Haley ran our wedding at 800 Congress.

Kristin Youngblood

Kristin is from Virginia Beach and has called the Austin area home since 2010. She has a business degree, a meeting and event planning certificate, and more than a decade in Austin events, from restaurants and catering to lead planner roles. She loves the outdoors, live music and a good spreadsheet.

Kristin ran our wedding at Ma Maison.
