Sweet Charli Girl
Sweet Charli Girl is an Austin bakery where everything is gluten free. Founder Rachel Metts set out to make treats that stand up to conventional baked goods, so that everyone wants them whether or not they eat gluten. It makes custom cakes for weddings and other occasions, starting with an inquiry form on its site, and orders can be picked up or delivered in Austin.

Named for a rescue dog
The bakery is named for Charli Girl, the founder's rescue dog, who is listed on the team page as cheerleader and inspiration.
