Urban Cowboy Catering
Urban Cowboy Catering is a full-service caterer based in Round Rock that has served weddings, corporate events and private parties around Austin and the Hill Country for more than 14 years. Wedding dinners can be plated, family-style, buffet or food stations, with menus from Texas Fusion and Tex-Mex to Italian and Mediterranean. Bar service is offered with TABC-certified bartenders, and couples get a chef's tasting before the wedding.
The whole wedding weekend
One team can cover the rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, reception, late-night snacks and next-day breakfast.
Food truck catering
They also cater from a food truck, which the company calls a popular pick for rehearsal dinners and backyard celebrations.
Their own crew
Events are staffed by trained in-house team members, not temp staff.
