Michelle's Patisserie
Michelle's Patisserie is an Austin bakery that makes wedding and special occasion cakes to order, along with French pastries and dessert catering. Founder and pastry chef Michelle Doyon worked as a pastry cook in San Francisco before starting the business in Austin, and has been at it full time for more than 20 years. It has locations in Austin and Liberty Hill.
More than 30 flavors
Couples pick from more than 30 cake flavors, and the bakery says it is known for its unique flavor pairings.
Seen on Food Network
Michelle Doyon competed on Food Network's Big Time Bake and won on The Big Bake Holiday in December 2022.
Tea parties and catering
The bakery also takes tea room reservations and caters desserts, croissants and tea sandwiches, with tea party dishware to rent.
